Dream Acres creates an exciting range of fun and functional products using natural home grown herbs and vintage fabrics.
Established in 2004 this little herbal business has grown from strength to strength and moved from the kitchen table to its very own log cabin amongst the herbs.
Herbs have been used for thousands of years for everything from medication to cooking and all sorts of houseghold uses in between. Here at Dream Acres we specialise on those household uses where herbs bring their fragrance and cleansing qualities into our everyday lives.
We grow, dry and blend our own herbs and create two special blends to use in our scented products;
SLEEP DREAMS this blend includes such sleep inducing herbs as lavender, chamomile, rose, peppermint, catmint, sweet woodruff and hops. It is soft and relaxing and helps lead you to the Land of Nodd the natural way.
COUNTRY GARDEN is a delight to the senses, combining lavender, southernwood, thyme, rose, marjoram, tansy, mint, costmary and santolina. It smells gorgeous to us but moths and bugs just hate it.
Everything we sell is handmade here in Ayrshire and we take great pride in creating top quality products at an affordable price. As everything is handmade we do tend to run out of various fabrics etc from time to time and have to change our stock as we go along.Designs are always adapting and changing too, so it is always worth visiting the site on a regular basis to keep up with any new pieces that pop up here and there.
