Ella's Kitchen Company was started in 2004 by me, Katherina Saunders. I was inspired by a combination of wanting to draw from my Norwegian heritage, as well as by the thought of leaving a legacy for my children - in particular my daughter Ella, who was named after my Norwegian grandmother. It was she who left me the original Kitchen Cabinet - something that I had seen and used since childhood in our home in Oslo.
Since that time I have expanded Ella's Kitchen Company to encompass beautiful hand made, hand painted storage designs for the kitchen and home.
Inspired by Norway, made in England, my ethos is to create timeless pieces that are 'simple, stylish and practical'. |
