through our site direct to you the public. It is
a place where you can find hundreds of unique and
unusual products from hundreds of great stall holders
who normally sell through charity fairs and retail
shows throughout the year. Now you can find them
in one convenient, easy to use shopping location
that you can visit from the comfort of your home

As such we do not hold any inventory but enable
you to purchase from multiple stall holders in one
simple transaction process through one site. We
act as a clearing house on product sales and payment,
but your contractual arrangement is with the participating
stall holders directly on purchase of a product
from a particular stall holder.
Each order placed at TheOnlineGiftFair.com is regarded
as an offer by you to purchase the goods of a particular
stall holder according to our and their Terms &
Conditions.
This contract will apply once you have made payment
at the checkout section of the site.
Whilst we take great care in selecting stall holders,
as a fair venue we cannot be held liable for stall
holders descriptions and quality of products sold
through this site. This is between you and the respective
stall holder in question and does not affect your
statutory rights. |

Using and purchasing from this site
means that you abide by the terms and conditions
accordingly. We act as a ‘fair venue’
but online, where some of the best stall holders
in the uk can set up a stall to sell direct to you
in one convenient online shopping site.

is to be held liable for the descriptive nature
and quality of any products or services listed by
third party stall holders on TheOnlineGiftFair.com.
TheOnlineGiftFair.com is not an agent on behalf of
either the seller or buyer and shall be indemnified
and not be held liable, nor responsible for any
misleading descriptions, misrepresentation, or quality
of item purchased through TheOnlineGiftFair.com. All
such liabilities rest with the respective stall
holder.
Purchases on TheOnlineGiftFair.com are conducted directly
between the buyer and the stall holder. On purchase
you will be sent an email regarding your order and
contact details of the stall holder in question.
All correspondence regarding this transaction should
be between you and the stall holder. Stall holders
will dispatch the goods to you in accordance with
their stated shipping terms.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the purchase
of your goods/services or wish to change or cancel
and order, please get in contact with the stall
holder and resolve the matter directly with the
vendor.
The Distance Selling Directive (2000) gives you
the right to cancel your order without reason within
7 working days of delivery. Goods MUST be returned
in their original condition. No refund will be given
for postage/shipping costs.
If you encounter any problems with returns or cancelled
orders please contact us at info@TheOnlineGiftFair.com
stating your purchase reference number, date of
purchase, stall holder name, and product/quantity
and we will assist in helping you resolve the issue.
Please only contact us as a last resort.
Please note that made to order or personalized items,
and expired services are not normally returnable/refundable nor are wearable items of a personal nature for hygiene
reasons. |
